You have some wonderful melodies my friend.
I could still here some EQ issues in my KRK's but nothing too serious, mostly in the guitar (too much low end conflict). It's tough but you have to carve out a special spot for the guitar since it's frequency can be such a large range.

I was imaging a sewer or dark cobblestone room in a cave with a cauldron in it.
One thing I would say is the piece is not horrific or scary, however it is very eerie. Violins have an awesome ability to be horrific, so try using those too sometime :)

I'd say you have a solid song going as long as you don't get locked into that same progression for the entire song.
